Can Anki skip "show answer" option and go to next questions as if its a mock test?

In my anki deck, I have 7 full length mock tests.

I’d like to take all 7 full tests as if they were the real test [not all 7 tests at same time but 1 by 1], meaning that in anki after i click “show answer,” can anki go to next questions and not show answer for every questions [170 questions] until all questions are completed?

i know this may defeat the purpose of anki since after i click “show answer” and pick the level [easy, good, …, hard], the questions will come up again based on if easy or difficult the question was for me.

If i cannot do this and simulator a mock test, how else do you recommend i configure anki?
As last option, I may need to buy those mock tests again online and take tests 1 by 1 after i studied them in anki. Thanks.

I didn’t understand you well, but from the words “trial test” it is clear that there is something that should not be recorded in the statistics.

If you’re not using your flashcards for spaced repetition, just look at them in Preview, from the Browse window. While you can’t skip from front-to-front like you’re asking, you can double-press Enter (or Right) fast enough to avoid seeing the answer – or just cover part of your screen.

I suppose you could also just edit the card template to remove the answer from the back. For example, the back could just be:

{{FrontSide}}

With the right learning steps setting, you could also possibly manipulate things so cards don’t come up again until after all 170 cards have been shown, regardless of how you grade them.

thanks.
I think the easiest option is to cover the answers or press 1-2 days later option.

I don’t want to edit the cards - its more work and will use anki to study my decks as anki was intended after growing through all the cards 1 as a mock test to create a baseline.

If this is a “pre”-test/baseline, you shouldn’t try to do this outside of the spaced-repetition system. Getting those answers right or wrong the first time is incredibly important information – it should be recorded in the review history for the algorithm to consider.

I understand, thanks.
I’ll use anki as it was intended - clicking 1,2,3 or 4 based on whether it was easy, good,… difficult - not as a timed mock test.
If I want a timed, mock test, I can buy the mock tests again but may not be necessary if I’ve mastered anki and test content mindset.
