"bury related" cards?

We have 4 strings starting with “Bury related reviews” or “Bury related new cards”.

  1. What does “related” mean? It seems to me like having the same meaning as “sibling cards”?

  2. Where is this actually used? Searching in the source code, the only occurrence I found is dconf.ui:

    But how can I access this dialog in Anki? The deck options I know look very different. Or is this dead code from an old Anki version that should be removed?

That looks like the “old” Deck Options screen (updated c. 2021). You should still be able to reach it by holding Shift when you open Deck Options.

I’m nearly certain that “bury related” and “bury siblings” are the same feature renamed. I haven’t been able to find a specific reference for that yet, but the switches/checkboxes are in sync between the new/old versions of the screen.
