To delete a flash card on macOS, it must be Command + Delete without the “Fn” key. On a Mac Mini with an external keyboard that lacks the “Fn” key, I can not delete any flash cards, and this can not be replaced because Anki does not adhere to Apple’s Guidelines about menu bar items for Deleting a note.
Could you please give a source for that?
This is a known thing, if you right click on a note, then you can see the icon displayed being the other way around compared to the icon delete has. (Described better here)
You could use this add-on to modify your keybinds.
