Bug: Copying text crashes Anki

I don’t know when this started, but I first noticed it yesterday when attempting to add a card for the first time in a while. Copying text from one field to another no longer works, with two visible side-effects:

  1. The copy just doesn’t work - the text can’t be pasted in any other app, or Anki itself.
  2. Anki itself crashes a few seconds after the copy attempt.

Issue 2349 on Github may be related (sorry I can’t paste a link, I’m new to the forum).

I’m on Linux, using Wayland running Anki 2.1.65.

Update: Launching Anki from the terminal and then invoking a crash only yields this:

fish: Job 1, 'anki' terminated by signal SIGSEGV (Address boundary error)

Can you reproduce the issue with 2.1.66, which was released today?
