i have the same problem ,but it only hanppened on my mobile devices .
- Core Problem Description
Symptom: After tapping “Learn” or “Review” for any deck, the main card display area is completely white/blank. No card content is rendered.
Key Clue 1: Browse mode works perfectly. I can see all cards and preview their content normally. This confirms card data is intact and synced.
Key Clue 2: The study status bar at the bottom (showing card counts) sometimes gets stuck and does not update when switching decks.
Scope: This issue occurs simultaneously with identical symptoms on both my iPad and iPhone.
- Exhaustive Troubleshooting Performed (All Failed)
I have tried all standard fixes, including but not limited to:
Performing a “Full Sync” within AnkiMobile.
Logging out, deleting the app, rebooting the device, reinstalling the app, logging back in, and doing a full sync.
Creating and logging into a brand-new AnkiWeb test account – the problem persisted.
Not logging into any account, creating a new local deck with simple text cards – the screen remained white when attempting to study.
Confirmed that Anki data is NOT synced via iCloud between my iPad and iPhone.
Verified correct system Date, Time, and Region settings.
- Device & Software Information
Affected Devices: iPad (Model: 2021), iPhone (Model: 14)

- Request
Given that the issue is consistently reproducible across two independent devices and all common factors (account, data, basic settings) have been ruled out, this strongly suggests a compatibility bug or rendering engine failure specific to AnkiMobile and my current iOS environment.
I kindly request the technical team to investigate this issue and provide any possible workarounds or a fix timeline. I am ready to provide further logs or testing information if needed.
