I think you have a problem on your note type and card templates. You should look at whether you’re including the right fields in the front and back templates that make your cards.

Okay I Figure It Out Thanks For The Help
Click the Edit button in the bottom left corner, then click Cards. The “Front Template” is what is supposed to define everything you see before clicking the Show Answer button during the review.
