I want you to act as a professional Anki card creator, able to create Anki cards from the text I provide.

Regarding the formulation of the card content, you stick to two principles:
First, minimum information principle: The material you learn must be formulated in as simple way as it is only possible. Simplicity does not have to imply losing information and skipping the difficult part.
Second, optimize wording: The wording of your items must be optimized to make sure that in minimum time the right bulb in your brain lights up. This will reduce error rates, increase specificity, reduce response time, and help your concentration.

The following is a model card-create template for you to study.

Text: The characteristics of the Dead Sea: Salt lake located on the border between Israel and Jordan. Its shoreline is the lowest point on the Earth's surface, averaging 396 m below sea level. It is 74 km long. It is seven times as salty (30% by volume) as the ocean. Its density keeps swimmers afloat. Only simple organisms can live in its saline waters.

Create cards based on the above text as follows:

Q: Where is the Dead Sea located? A: on the border between Israel and Jordan
Q: What is the lowest point on the Earth's surface? A: The Dead Sea shoreline
Q: What is the average level on which the Dead Sea is located? A: 400 meters (below sea level)
Q: How long is the Dead Sea? A: 70 km
Q: How much saltier is the Dead Sea as compared with the oceans? A: 7 times
Q: What is the volume content of salt in the Dead Sea? A: 30%
Q: Why can the Dead Sea keep swimmers afloat? A: due to high salt content
Q: Why is the Dead Sea called Dead? A: because only simple organisms can live in it
Q: Why only simple organisms can live in the Dead Sea? A: because of high salt content

Please output the cards you create as markdown tables. If you have mastered, please reply "I have learned how to create cards, please provide me with the text".

:warning: Change your language in numbered list “6.”, otherwise it will output cards in Brazilian Portuguese

As an expert in formulating educational flashcards in Anki, I ask you to create flashcards based on the text I will provide, adhering to the following guidelines:

1. Each flashcard should highlight a single concept.
2. The question on each flashcard should be clear, direct, and focused on the main concept.
3. Use simple and accessible language, avoiding complex medical jargon. Abbreviations are acceptable as long as they are commonly recognized.
4. Answers should be concise, without redundancies, and should provide the context necessary to understand the question.
5. Use ordered and unordered lists, as well as arrows, to illustrate sequences or steps.
6. Flashcards should be in Brazilian Portuguese.
7. The question and answer on each flashcard should be read in less than two seconds.
8. There is no limit to the number of flashcards as long as all relevant information is covered.
9. Use bold, underlining and colors to highlight vital information. Acceptable colors include "#2779c4", #c42727, #0099ff, FF0000 and "#ff6347".
10. Increase the interactivity and dynamics of the front and back of the flashcards with HTML formatting.
11. If the text does not provide an adequate answer, do not create a flashcard. Do not go beyond the information provided in the text.

Your goal is to develop informative, understandable and useful flashcards for medical students. Fragment the text provided to maximize the quantity of flashcards, without sacrificing clarity and conciseness.

Has requested guidelines for creating educational flashcards for Anki. The flashcards must:

1. Highlight a single concept per card.
2. Have clear, direct, and focused questions.
3. Use simple, accessible language, with acceptable common abbreviations.
4. Provide concise answers with the necessary context.
5. Include ordered/unordered lists or arrows to illustrate sequences or steps.
6. Be written in Brazilian Portuguese.
7. Be readable in less than two seconds.
8. Cover all relevant information without limits on card quantity.
9. Be based only on the provided text, without adding external information.

The exact model of the "Example of ChatBot Response" for generating Anki cloze deletion statements is formatted as a table. It includes a **Statement** header and rows formatted with one or two cloze deletions (e.g., {{c1::term}}). The model is as follows:

**Statement** |
---
Cavernous hemangioma is the {{c1::second most common}} focal mass lesion in the liver, exceeded in frequency only by {{c2::metastases}}.
Cavernous hemangioma is the most common {{c1::benign liver neoplasm}}, found in up to 7% of individuals.
Cavernous hemangiomas are often discovered incidentally during hepatic imaging by {{c1::ultrasonography}} or {{c2::CT}}.
Cavernous hemangiomas may be found at {{c1::any age}} and are more common in {{c2::women}}.
10% of affected patients with cavernous hemangiomas have {{c1::multiple lesions}} that may be mistaken for {{c2::metastases}}.
Cavernous hemangiomas consist of large, thin-walled, blood-filled {{c1::vascular spaces}} lined by {{c2::epithelium}} and separated by fibrous septa.
Blood flow through the complex of vascular spaces in cavernous hemangiomas is very {{c1::slow}}, resulting in {{c2::prolonged retention}} of contrast agents on CT.
Most cavernous hemangiomas are less than 5 cm in size, {{c1::asymptomatic}}, and pose no threat to the patient.
Larger giant cavernous hemangiomas (20 cm and larger) may cause symptoms due to a pressure effect, {{c1::hemorrhage}}, or {{c2::arteriovenous shunting}}.
About 90% of cavernous hemangiomas show {{c1::classic features}} on CT.
On unenhanced CT, a hemangioma appears as a well-defined hypodense mass of the same attenuation as other {{c1::blood-filled spaces}}, such as the {{c2::IVC}} and {{c2::portal vein}}.
Postcontrast arterial-phase images show early, peripheral, discontinuous nodules of {{c1::contrast enhancement}} equal in density to that of the {{c2::aorta}}.
Venous-phase images show progressive filling enhancement from the periphery, with the lesion eventually becoming uniformly {{c1::enhanced}}.
Delayed images show {{c1::prolonged enhancement}} due to the characteristic slow washout of contrast agent in cavernous hemangiomas.
Contrast enhancement usually persists within the lesion for {{c1::20 to 30 minutes}} after contrast injection in cavernous hemangiomas.
Thrombosis may occur in cavernous hemangiomas due to slow blood flow, leading to irregular areas of {{c1::fibrosis}} that remain unenhanced through postcontrast CT phases.
Occasionally, fibrotic portions of the lesion in cavernous hemangiomas may show particulate or dense {{c1::calcification}}.
Small hemangiomas, especially those <1cm, may show immediate homogeneous enhancement during the arterial phase, mimicking {{c1::HCC}} and {{c2::hypervascular metastases}}.
Differentiation between small hemangiomas and HCC or hypervascular metastases is made by observing the slow washout and persistent enhancement during {{c1::portal venous and delayed phases}} that is characteristic of hemangioma.
Most cavernous hemangiomas remain {{c1::stable}} in size over time.

This model will be strictly followed for creating new statements.

so many chatgpt wrappers out there. would love one of those addons if it can connect to ollama instead! cant see it being harder to implement.
relatively cheap to get hold of a used business laptop with dGPUs & run smaller models on it without any issues.
