I’ve got a forward and reverse deck for a foreign language.

I DON"T want to hear the pronounciation by default. I want to look at the word and attempt saying it, then hear the answer, or not.

Is this possible?

Try Deck Options > Audio > Don’t play audio automatically.

Options > Audio > Don’t play audio automatically
