I can log into the Ankiweb website fine to view my deck and cards but both my desktop application and iOS application give me an error:
“Wrong credentials”
Is there an issue?
That’s not an error from Anki as far as I’m aware. What action are you taking when it happens? Do you use add-ons or AMBOSS?
I use add-ons, but not AMBOSS.
When I opened the application, it stated my credentials were not valid and asked me to re-enter them.
When I disabled all of the add-ons, it appeared to sync. I will have to see which add-on is the culprit.
