You can’t initiate a sync from within AnkiWeb. If you want AnkiDroid and Anki desktop to sync, you need to initiate the sync there. Instead of forcing a full sync (and risking data loss), make sure you’ve tried syncing on those devices. If you get any errors, tell us what those are.

I always try to sync through the Anki app. Usually, when I click on the sync app, my AnkiWeb automatically syncs. However, my problem is that lately I’ve been doing what I always do: clicking sync in Ankidroid, and nothing changes in AnkiWeb.

Does the sync in AnkiDroid appear to complete successfully? Are you getting any error messages? Have you checked Settings > Sync to make sure you’re syncing with the correct AnkiWeb account?
