Hello,
I wanted to update mistakes in my decks. On AnkiApp on my phone it was possible without any problems, but this deck is also public and I wanted to update this deck. However on Ankiweb my whole collection is gone. I just can see my shared decks but can’t do anything else. Anki manual didn’t help.
I hope someone can help me.
AnkiApp is not related to Anki and does not sync to ankiweb: Anki knockoffs - Anki FAQs
If you left your AnkiWeb account inactive for 6 months, your collection data was removed from the servers – AnkiWeb account removal - Anki FAQs .
Once you’ve reactivated your account, you can re-upload your collection to AnkiWeb and you’ll be able to share decks again.
