Ankiweb does not sync revisions to AnkiDroid

All revisions I do on AnkiDroid are becoming independent of AnkiWeb, does anyone know a solution to sync?

New cards are synced, the problem is apparently only in the revisions.

I already exported the cards and imported into a new account and it didn’t work, I already uninstalled ankidroid and installed it again and it didn’t work either.

Do you have a laptop ?

If not, how do you back up your android?

Many of the suggestions on this forum will require you to do a backup first.
