之前在下载这个软件之前就直接扣钱了，扣钱的一瞬间直接就暂停下载了，当时直接就申请了退款了，但是两次都被拒绝了，第一时间联系了苹果的官方客服，他们说最终的钱款在你们这边，因为这款软件我并没有使用，所以我要求退款。

Your best bet is to try again with them and hopefully you’ll get a rep that knows what they are talking about.
