I have a problem , when i am studying in ankidroid and complete all decks at the night before the new day I use my laptop(windows) but when i open anki and sync they show that I didn’t complete all decks some decks have 50 - 150 cards
Is automatic sync enabled in Ankidroid? Is the sync status display enabled? If syncing on paid networks is disabled, your Wi-Fi must be working properly. In all cases, the sync notification should still be enabled when you exit. You can also go to Settings and click the sync icon; there should be a message indicating success.
After that, don’t go to your laptop and check the website to see if your data is there. You can change it on the website, and then it will change in Ankidroid. Some people have different accounts and forget what they sync and where. And if that doesn’t work, you need to check the databases and so on according to the information.
But first, at least check that.

Do you have both devices set up to sync to the same AnkiWeb account?
-
Do you sync when you open the app, and sync when you close/leave the app, on any device, every time?

1 - yes i have one account , 2 - yes i do this all time
i Checked all things, i did that
Are your settings correct, but there’s no syncing?
I asked you to open the deck on Anki Droid, play a card, then close the deck, sync, and then open Anki Web. Did anything change there? If so, then syncing is happening on Anki Droid. Then play the card on Anki Web, and then open Anki Droid to see if the information has reached there. This way we can determine if there’s syncing between them. Then, we’ll need to resolve the issue with a laptop. But if it isn’t, you need to check the database, preferably on the laptop, then play some cards, then sync on Anki Web to see what’s there. Then Anki Droid can check whether the information is reaching you.
This way, we can figure out at what point something isn’t working.
And check that the time and date on your laptop are correct.
