Ankidroid not showing PC anki's review cards?

It seems that my Ankidroid and PC Anki are slightly out of sync.
My Anki droid has the correct new cards but has no cards to be reviewed.
My PC anki says I have 108 cards to be reviewed as well as the new cards.

Ive tried forcing a one way sync from my PC. First uploading from the PC and then downloading on Ankidroid but it didn’t seem to work. Any suggestions?

I seemed to have fixed it? I checked new timezone handling on my ankiDroid and the reviews magically appeared. I didnt even resync. Weird
