Ankidroid does not receive web sync

I have already uninstalled and deleted the data that is saved several times and ankidroid does not sync with ankiweb.

I already forced synchronization to download from ankiweb and nothing.

I’ve tried turning off the time zone and nothing.

Turning off legacy timezone handling in AnkiDroid may help.
