Ankidroid no longer in sync with Desktop App

After updating the most recent version of Anki (2.1.42), ankidroid stopped syncing with my desktop app and I’m not entirely sure why.

I’ve tried forcing sync and uploading the desktop deck to Anki web and downloading on ankidroid. I’ve delet d the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. I don’t understand whats actually happening.

Can anyone help?

What’s the error message in Android? If it’s about not being able to handle the new timezone system then it’s an easy fix. On PC/MAC Anki you go into tools, preferences, Scheduling and tick the “Legacy timezone handling”.
