Anki won't open on new computer

Every time I open Anki, it crashes and gives me an error code (below). I have tried downloading the 10.13.4+ version and the 10.10+ version and both of them crashes upon opening them.

Seems like a macOS issue - maybe restarting your computer will help, or reinstalling again after a reboot?
