please help me

The following message should be shown when holding down the shift key:
shift-down

The error is caused by this add-on (which seems to be a reuploaded version of the Review heatmap add-on):

You can download the official version from here: https://github.com/glutanimate/review-heatmap/releases/

i did hold the shift key but it didn’t show me this message you said.
and what do you mean reuploaded version?

This was probably uploaded without the author’s permission as you can see in the add-on’s reviews.
I recommend deleting this version and downloading from the link I posted.

I believe that issue has been fixed in more recent Anki releases.
