Anki Not Displaying Images

I am running Anki 2.1.54 desktop on Linux.

The only reason I upgraded to this version was to try to fix the image display problem, but it persists.

The problem is simple. I have images on my cards and they just don’t display. If I “edit” the card I can see the images, but they don’t display when reviewing.

Help?

Probable fix:

  • Click Cards… in the editing screen
  • Use the Add Fields button to add the field with the image to your front or back template.
