Anki intervals don’t work

Hi!

I’m fairly new to Anki. I used it for about a month a year ago, and I recently started using it again. I installed the add-ons recommended by a friend, but I still don’t really know how to use the app properly.

I’m currently using a new deck, and I don’t understand why the review intervals are different from one card to another, even though both cards are new, and some are more more than a month apart from today (day I learned them). Can someone please help me understand why this happens?

The card is probably not new. If you have reviewed it a year ago and you still remember it well (i.e. you pressed “Good”), then it’s natural to not show the card again for a long time.

You can see the card info to be sure.

Thank you, I checked and it was a card of the deck I used a year ago!
