Hi, I have the following problem with anki on my laptop ? Can you help me? I have disabled all add-ons and nothing has changed.

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue with your AnkiWeb collection. If problems persist, after syncing normally, you could try force a one-way sync in the preferences screen, then choose Download on your computer.
