I added “Rebuild All Empty All for Anki 21” yesterday. Anki worked perfectly all day yesterday and for some time of this morning, until I received the following error message:
Anki 2.1.54 (b6a7760c) Python 3.9.7 Qt 5.14.1 PyQt 5.14.1
Platform: Mac 12.6
Flags: frz=True ao=False sv=2
Add-ons, last update check: 2022-11-30 16:22:01
Caught exception:

It suggested to hold down the shift key while starting Anki to disable add-ons to see if they were the problem. After restarting Anki while holding down the shift key, I received the following error:

It stated to go to Tools>Check Database and see if it fixes the problem, but it did not. I am still getting one of the above errors whether I start Anki holding down the shift key or not. Does anyone know what I can do about this?
I have had the Awesome TTS and Review Heatmap add-ons for a long time with no problems. I assume the most recent add-on is the problem, but when I disable it, I still get an error.
I am not computer-savvy, and this is all Greek to me.
Thank you!
