Anki doesnt let me study extra cards

I have some extra time today and want to study more new cards. But Anki doesnt let me. See video:

There’s a few things you should probably check out.

  1. Were you using the v3 scheduler before? Because you are now. Get to know how deck limits interact under v3 – The Anki v3 scheduler - Frequently Asked Questions.
  2. Lots of folks have ignored this new setting – Deck Options - Anki Manual .
  3. You screenshots showed a scroll of new cards in several different subdecks, but then a Deck Options preset that is only used by 1 deck. You should look at the options for those decks.
