Anki does not open/respond

I have tried repeadedly to restart my laptop and to reinstal anki
and to use the program compatibility trouble-shout option.
and I have now the debug info/error code.
can someone smart suggest a possible course of action to resolve my canumdrum.

and it is version 25.02 for windows and my laptop is a HP, victus

for one instance did I sucseed in opening anki, but reapeating those steps did not work a seccond, third or fourth time.

Just to be sure, you went through Troubleshooting - Anki Manual?

yes I have read the manual,
and to be more spesific with what I meant with troubleshooting.

windows tab → system → troubleshoot → other trouble-shooters →
programme compatibility trouble-shooter.

but without changing anything I was able to open anki oncemore.
