Updates :
I have Astrill VPN, i de-installed it, and then reinstall Anki.
Anki is now working… But after re-installing Astrill, Astrill was down 
I believe there is some odd thing happening at the Connection Layer and those two programs interfere each other… ?
Note that all this happened after updating to KB5048667
I managed to make both of them work like before by :
- uninstall KB5048667
- Re-install Astrill
- (got error 10053 with Astrill : > netsh winsock reset ) → Astrill working
- Re-install Anki → Anki working
Though I would like to install KB5048667, do you know if it is now alright ? Should i wait a potential correction of the “interference issue” at the Connection Layer, if it is really that ?
