None of the apps on my laptop such as Word, Excel etc. can be opened because Anki crashed. When I try to close Anki, an error pops up that does not allow me to do so. I looked up what to do in such a situation and I read that I have to check my database under the tools section. However, I cannot access this function with the current state of my laptop.
