Anki changes the destination of my cards

I’ve had recent problems with my Anki decks:

I start to create multiple cards for one deck and suddenly they are not in this deck anymore but changed to a new location (one deck above for example).

That way i have to manually move the cards back to the right deck evry time…

Is that a known bug?
How can I fix it?
