Every time I close out of the window, my progress resets for several days, for example, today (Feb 3) I closed the window and reopened it, and it said I haven’t done any cards since Jan 15, and all my progress since then was reset. This was across all decks. How do I stop this from happening?

If you’re a Mac user – Anki > About > Copy Debug Info.
Do you sync across multiple devices? Are you strict about making sure you sync when you open the app and when you close/leave the app, on every device, every time? Are you getting a “one-way” sync notification when you open Anki?
