ANKI app does not open via Elgato Stream Deck

The Anki app does not open when I try to add it to my Elgato Stream Deck.

I am able to add other apps such as OneNote and Excel, so it’s not the streamdeck.

I have tried installing and uninstalling Anki a few times, and also adding through ”Open” and “Open Application” with the file paths and the drag and drop method. I have also tried to add the shortcut version.

When I manually open Anki and I’ve added it as a Key to my stream deck, the stream deck is able to recognize that the app is open because the green dot is visible.

Has anyone else had this problem?
