Anki 2.1.61 Qt6 appears in the Taskmanager but does not launch

As the title suggests, my Anki desktop appears in the taskbar (as shown below) but I cannot see the Anki interface on my screen.

I have tried using Anki console following the instructions at this link Welcome - AnkiMobile (iPhone/iPad) Support (tenderapp.com), and the cmd screen returns the following result:

My Windows version is: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1413 64bit
and Anki is 2.1.61 Qt6. I also tried previous version, and reinstall Windows but none of them works.

thank you. I just go back to old windows version and it is working now.
