When I am going through my Review cards for the day, any card that I select “Again” for just disappears instead of moving into Learning. I have seen other posts about this saying to go into preferences and turn off the legacy timezone setting, but mine is off and has never been turned on. Another suggestion was to check that ‘learn ahead minutes’ is 20, and when I did this it made no difference. Another suggestion I saw was to enable the v3 scheduler, but I’m not even sure where to access this. This has happened to me once before, and I am working from a Windows PC. Please help!
Your learn ahead limit is currently 0. It must be greater than the learning step delay if you want the red number to increase when failing cards.
