I updated the email address from my old one to a new one. Then both old and new email could not login. And the error message are “Sorry, no account was found with that email address. Please check your spelling and try again.” And i have not received any verification email. Could you pls check if i typed the new email address incorrectly It should be 18661961566@163.com. TKS so much for your assistant.
I checked the server, and I don’t see an AnkiWeb account with either that address or the address you used to post here.

Yes, those are the 2 I checked [and you should feel free to edit them out of your messages if you don’t want them published forever on the internet]. There’s no AnkiWeb account that uses either of those addresses.
