Added-On Note Type Not Showing in Note Types

Hello, Today I added in Add-On 1933645497 Fill the blanks - Multiple type:cloze support

I exited Anki after adding it, several times now.
When I open it again, the Add-On shows in my list of Add-ons, but it is not on the list under Browse > Notes > Change Note Type >
When I try to import, the list of Note Types flickers but I don’t see it there either.
