Add .HEIC Image support to Anki

Hello fellow ankiers! I have a feature request for Anki, which would make my workflow for adding images to new cards a lot easier!

Right now, iPhone images that are sent to a computer are in the .HEIC file format, which means that Anki requires the images to be converted before they can be used in a card. It would be nice to be able to use these images directly. HEIC files are also often smaller than their converted equivalents, so it might save some storage space!

The graphics toolkit that Anki is built on does not support .heic files Iā€™m afraid. As a workaround, you can instruct your phone to take jpg images instead: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/hub/how-to-airdrop-photos-as-jpg-not-heic.html
