I would like a notification option for “1 or more cards due” (or “Any cards due”).
Currently, the lowest threshold is “More than 10 cards due”, which means users cannot receive a notification when only a few cards are available.
Being notified as soon as at least one card is due would help me maintain a consistent review habit.

You can go to settings → about → tap the logo 6 times then go back → developer options → enable new notifications.
This is experimental but has what you need.
