A previous Anki version needs to be uninstalled first (Already uninstalled)

I get this error no matter what I’ve tried.

I have tried running a .reg file with the following:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Anki] “Install_Dir64”=- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Anki] “Install_Dir64”=-

I have also tried installing previous 2.1.63 version and uninstalling, but I still cannot download anki again.

Are you trying to install 26.08?
