2.1.66 always shows "Will remove the following cards: Cloze" when Change Notetype from cloze (to cloze)

This coupled with Bug: Source note type name is not fully displayed when changing note type made me wonder if I changed the wrong notes and lost a lot of cards.

It probably happens with any target note type, but I haven’t checked thoroughly.
