i tried to change the templates and remove any css and the basic note type , but nothing changes

In that field of this note, is the size of the photo restricted? Check the HTML view of the field by clicking the < > above the field.

That looks fine. And it works fine for me, even in a cloze field – until the image reaches the width of the window.

  1. Try disabling all of your add-ons – #2 in Troubleshooting - Anki Manual
  2. Check your card template and Styling again

i tried actually to re-install anki again , without any addon and it is the same for me

  1. Reinstalling doesn’t necessarily uninstall or disable any of the add-ons.
  2. What about your templates and Styling?

yeah but i removed all the Anki folders , and deleted the add ons , and started anki on safe mode by pressing shift at the beginning ,
the templates i edited them all , and deleted all the css and js that i added years ago , but still nothing changed
