Urgent error on my card decks

One of my card decks simply vanished, and I don’t know what to do; I didn’t delete it. I need help recovering it because it’s an important deck.

  1. Is it missing from the Decks list – or are the notes/cards also nowhere to be found when you search in Browse? If it’s just the Decks list, run 3-dots menu > Check > Check Database.

  2. Is there a chance you moved in inside another deck accidentally? Check any decks that aren’t expanded, or when you search in Browse, show the “Deck” column so you can see what deck the cards are in now.

  3. When was the last time you’re sure you saw it? Restore an automatic backup from then – Restoring an Automatic Backup (Recovering from Data Loss) - Anki FAQs . From there, you can export that deck [as APKG, including scheduling] – then restore the most recent version of your collection and import that single deck.
