Update for a new day(pls help me)

New dayle updates of cards is late. My desctop anki works 100% accurate but when i open anki on phone morning, anki shows the data of the previous day. And update at 5p.m on the new day(add new cards,add review cards). I deleted app,data several time but nothing changes. Pls help me.
