Uncheck "shift position of existing cards" by default

I reposition cards fairly often and i have to uncheck this box every time or else next sync is going to be bigger than it needs to be

Is there a way to keep it unchecked?

I think there is no way to uncheck it by default (except, of course, changing Anki’s source and making it remember your preference maybe).

Might make sense to default this to off, due to the way it can cause many cards to be marked as modified.
