Feature request: Remember last used value of "Reposition" > "Shift positions of existing cards" checkbox

Hey,

I noticed that the “Forget card” options dialog introduced in PR 1714 remembers last selected values of “Restore original position” and “Reset position and lapse counts” checkboxes. Could we have the same for the “Shift positions of existing cards” checkbox in the “Reposition” dialog?

I understand the reasoning why this option is off by default (discussed in the thread linked in the References section below), but personally I care more about a neat card order than the amount of to-be-synced modified cards. So currently I have to check this option every time I “Reposition” (which happens rather often, several times a day).
