Unable to sync from MacBook

Hi! I have been using Anki for years (since 2015 on and off, including quite a bit in 2019-2020 and fall 2021), but could not find an AnkiWeb email address. So, I signed up for AnkiWeb (again?) using an email address and new password. However, when I tried to synchronize the Anki deck on my Mac computer, I got the following error:
Syncing failed:

Would deeply appreciate your help with how to safely synchronize these decks as I have spent a lot of time creating Anki decks to study for my boards, and would be devastated if I lost the decks. However, without the ability to review the decks on my phone by synchronizing, I won’t be able to study effectively.

In summary - I would deeply appreciate guidance on how to best safely synchronize the cards from my MacBook computer to AnkiWeb so that I can also safely synchronize these decks with my Anki iPhone app. Thank you so much for this resource. I hope this can be resolved soon

Please see the faq.
Also, could you provide the information that should be shown above that error when it occurs, including your OS, its version, Anki’s version, and Python’s version?

You seem to be using Anki 2.0. Please see Anki 2.0 support has ended - Frequently Asked Questions
