Hi everyone,
For those with a PC, did anyone else get this message (“Anki already running” “If the existing version of anki is not responding, please close it using your task manager, or restart your computer”) when trying to open Anki?
This pop up keeps happening and I can’t use anki on my computer. I’ve redownloaded anki and reset my computer but this keeps popping up and i haven’t been able to Anki for a few days now. I also attempted to open it on safe mode but I get the same message. I also tried starting anki by copying the startup code to the windows command but it does nothing.
Only add ons I have are “Uworld Q link add on” the Anking add on, and the anki remote add on.
Please help as I am unable to get on anki and it is really disrupting my study plan!!!
