Unable to Import Files

When I import an Anki Deck, some of the files I import are unable to be imported. For me right now, it says the following:

It means that you already have those notes in your collection. Back on the import options screen, you could choose what happens when Anki finds a “duplicate” note (one that has the same note type and first field). It looks like you either chose “Never” or “If newer” – and the notes in the apkg weren’t newer.

Below that summary section you’ll see the rest of the import report, which should give the reasons for each of those notes.
