Are you asking about this for the order that New cards are introduced for the first time?
New card gather order “Ascending” and New card sort order “Order gathered.” Set those for the parent deck you are clicking on to study. Deck Options - Anki Manual
Or are you asking about this for the order that Review cards are shown when they are due to be studied?
- Studying cards in the same order every day is not good for forming independent memories.
- Each of your cards should be able to stand on its own, and be answered without the surrounding cards.
- Each card is scheduled independently, so consecutive cards won’t necessarily be scheduled on the same day.
- Considering all of that, if you still want to do it (as limited by #3)-- Review sort order “Order added,” as above, for the click-to-study deck. [It has not yet been added to the manual for Deck Options, but it works the same as described for Filtered decks, Filtered Decks - Anki Manual .]
