There is no sound when playing the video

Thank you very much for replying to this topic.
I have a video of about 10 seconds in my card. In AnkiMobile iPad, when I was learning cards, the video played, but there was no sound. The same deck has sound in the Desktop version.

Is your device muted (physical button at the side)?

Thank you very much for your answer, the device is not muted, the MP3 in the other cards is auto-playing and has sound.

It’s possible that the video is using a sound codec that iOS does not support, such as ogg. If you can provide one video file that is not working (or sync your cards to AnkiWeb and let me know the email you sync with), then I can confirm.

I created a card with the stomp video from your screenshot, and the audio played for me. It is strange that it’s not working for you. Does restarting your device help? Does tapping on the mute button in the top right of the video, then tapping on it again make any difference?
