Some of the videos in my deck won’t open.
I use Anki on desktop and the iOS app.
I have some cards with explanatory videos in the answers. When I use Anki on the desktop, everything works perfectly. But when I use it on iOS, some video cards work while others don’t load. They are all in MP4 format. Could you please help me?

How long ago did you add these videos to Anki and sync these videos to AnkiMobile for the first time? If it’s been recent, the videos might not be there yet – Media files may take time to sync - Anki FAQs . You can run Check Media on both devices to make sure the results match – Media - Anki Manual .
If the files are definitely there, they might not have been made with a codec that is compatible with iOS, or they might be another video filetype in disguise. That will require more investigation into the file itself – which you can find in your collection.media folder on desktop. Managing Files - Anki Manual
I encountered a similar error a couple of weeks ago, videos would not load in AnkiDroid even though they did perfectly fine in the Desktop app (WIN).
The problem ended up being the media format, I tried changing from MP4 to WEBM and that somehow solved it.
