The Japanese Pitch Accent Add-on won't work

Whenever I’m trying to manually input a pitch accent using the Japanese Pitch Accent add-on, an error menu pops up. What can I do to fix this?

Once you have ruled out the interference of other add-ons by manually disabling them, you could create an issue on the add-on’s GitHub repo to let the author know: Issues · IllDepence/anki_add_pitch_plugin · GitHub

Make sure to include the following info:

  • the full error message
  • the steps to reproduce the issue

Your Anki version number should already be included in the error message, but you can also find it via Help → About.
